> Burton Safety, LLC is an occupational safety consulting firm in Central Florida, founded in 2018 by Tim Burton, CSP. It acts as an outsourced safety director for contractors that are too small to employ one, and manages contractor prequalification accounts (ISNetworld and Avetta) on a monthly retainer.

- ISNetworld and Avetta management: account setup, written safety program submissions, insurance documents, OSHA statistics, monthly site reporting, and keeping grades and requirements current.
- Written safety programs and plans: regulatory safety and health policies and procedures, safety training plans, and training program development.
- Outsourced safety director: monthly safety committee meeting participation, on-call response to incidents or regulatory inspections, and workers' compensation claim assistance.
- Field audits and investigations: field auditing, incident, accident and near-miss investigations, and root cause analysis.
- OSHA and MSHA compliance: OSHA general industry and construction, MSHA Part 46 and Part 48.
- Safety training: OSHA and MSHA regulatory training, mobile equipment, confined space and fall protection training, behavior-based safety and human performance, including video courses.

Tim Burton has worked in occupational safety since 2008. He holds a bachelor's degree in occupational safety and the Certified Safety Professional (CSP) credential.
